Return Policy
We do not take back worn or used straps for any reason
***All returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee***
We do not charge a restocking fee if you are exchanging an item for one of equal or greater value.
We cannot take back any strap that has been tried on or buckled. Once a strap has been buckled it creases the leather and we cannot resell it. Again, no strap that has been tried on can be returned for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
All items must be returned as you received them...in brand new, unused, unworn condition. All protective plastic and product tags must be intact. All instruction manuals, warranty cards, or any other product material is to be returned. No watchband links should be removed. Repack all of the items securely in a box or padded envelope. Write the R/A number on the outside of the package. Put delivery confirmation on the package and insure for the total value of the product. Once your return is received and inspected we will issue a refund. (Please note: it can take up to 2 weeks to receive a refund). We do not reimburse for original shipping charges, return shipping charges or insurance fees. Strapped For Time is not responsible for any return shipping damage so please pack carefully. This offer applies to "in stock" watchbands only (not special orders). We must receive your return within 14 days from your original date of receipt or we cannot issue a refund.
***Please Note***
If you are returning an item for exchange we charge to ship the reselection so please include postage to cover the shipping. We cannot ship an exchange if you do not include payment to cover the postage.
Warranty Claims
All straps are warrantied by the manufacturer, not Strapped For Time. Strapped For Time is not responsible for and does not cover any manufacturer warranties.
The warranty below applies to orders within 30 days of purchase. Any issues after 30 days is considered regular wear and tear. Strapped For Time will not do any exchanges, returns or refunds or return the item to the manufacturer after 30 days from date of purchase.
In the event that a strap is defective it must be sent to Strapped For Time along with the determined cost for shipping charges. Strapped For Time will forward the strap to the manufacturer for replacement. The manufacturer will determine if the strap is defective and is covered under warranty. If they determine that the strap is covered and should be replaced they will send us the replacement strap. Once the replacement strap is received it will be forwarded to the customer. If the manufacturer determines that a strap does not qualify for replacement, the original strap will be sent back to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to pay for all associated shipping charges of a replacement item. |
