Estimated Shipping
Time
We ship Monday
through Friday and generally ship orders within 24 hours
after they placed. If your order is placed after 1pm
Eastern Standard Time on Friday it will be shipped on Monday.
If you are mailing your payment to us your order will ship
within 24 hours after we receive it. If you purchase on
a weekend or Holiday your order will be shipped the
next business day. We strongly recommend choosing either
Priority mail or FedEx as your shipping option.
If you need online tracking information on shipments
within the US please select either FedEx or USPS Express mail
as these options offer that service.

cannot be held responsible for the amount of time it takes for
delivery.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance is
included in FedEx shipments but it is strongly
recommended that you purchase shipping insurance for US Postal
shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges

We WILL NOT take back
ANY strap
that has been tried on or buckled. Once you do that it creases
the leather and we cannot resell it. Again, NO strap that
has been tried on can be returned for any reason...period!

If you want to return an item to us by either UPS
or FedEx please call us for our
office shipping address as
these methods cannot be delivered to a PO box.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
All items must be returned
as you received them...in brand new, unused, unworn
condition. All protective plastic and product tags must be
intact. All instruction manuals, warranty cards, or any other
product material is to be returned. No watchband links
should be removed. Repack all of the
items securely in a box or padded envelope. Write
the R/A number on the outside of the package. Use a shipping
method that includes tracking (ie: UPS or USPS priority
mail with tracking) and insure for the total
value of the product. Once your return
is received and inspected we will either ship your
reselection, issue a store credit or refund your credit card.
We do not reimburse for original shipping charges, return
shipping charges or insurance fees. Strapped For Time is not
responsible for any return shipping damage so please pack
carefully. This offer applies to "in stock" watchbands only
(not special orders). Remember...we must receive your return within 7
business days from your original date of
receipt or we cannot issue a refund.

returning an item for exchange we charge to ship the
reselection so please include postage to cover the shipping.
We cannot ship an exchange if you do not include payment to
cover the postage.
